Ackworth is always a tough competition, they have a very large pool (33m) with overall results more often going their way. 

But I had a good feeling this year. 

From the minute the children came down to the pool at sandal to change there was a real confidence about them. 

The children were fantastic, dive starts put into practice perfectly, Takeovers were quick in the team events and there was a great team spirit shown cheering and giving high 5s to each other. (Parents included for the cheering, often when I was looking down with they were stood up out of their seats! ❤️)
